As well as reducing our footprint on the environment these sorbents are actually up to 50% more absorbent than meltblown sorbent products.

reSORB™ oil and fuel sorbents represent a breakthrough in sorbent technology. The recycled fibres of this product are treated to become hydrophobic, which is critical for cleaning up hydrocarbons.

The 20L chemical lab kit offers a cost-effective spill kit for most users, packaged in a handy resealable pail.
CONTAINS:
  • OPTISORB 40 chemical absorbent
  • 10 x chemical pads
  • 1 x 1.2m universal sock
  • Glasses and disposable mask
  • Waste bags, PVC gloves, instructions
CHEMICAL CLASSIFIERS
  • Are used to identify what liquids have been spilled so that responder(s) know how to treat the spill.
  • Identifes whether liquid is an acid/base, oxidizer, fluoride petroleum, Organic solvent iodine, bromine or chlorine risk.
  • Aids responder in choosing proper steps in cleaning spills.
    - Such as type of sorbent needed or whether an acid or base neutralizer needs to be used.
WASTEWATER CLASSIFIERS
  • Identifies if there is a risk or an Acid/Base, Organic Solvent, Petroleum, Hydrogen Sulfide, Nitrite, Nitrate or Flouride risk in the Water Being Tested.
  • Aids in Testing for Eventual Pollutants in Waste Water from Power Plants, Chemical Factories, Oil Refineries or Other Industries Risking Pollutants in Their Waste Water.
